The Jazz J-13 Pic^® 3 wheel frame set is built for smaller shoe sizes. The frame allows quick moves and is suitable for jumps, doubles and more, spins and footwork dance sequences. The special material is not less than 80% elasticity. This unique material provides a wheel that is superbly resilient.
